Please note that pricing for shipping methods is subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in market rates. We are not responsible for changes in shipping rates from our shipping providers. Regrettably, we can only offer shipping within Canada. If you require shipping quotes to other locations, kindly contact us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within Canada)

All domestic orders within Canada placed before 11 am EST will be shipped on the same business day.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-20 business days

Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-9 business days Calculated at Checkout

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: N/A Calculated at Checkout

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped within 5 business days.

DHL Express: Estimated delivery time: 2-25 business days Calculated at Checkout

USPS International: Estimated delivery time: 3-25 business days Calculated at Checkout

DELIVERY & TRACKING

Delivery estimates are based on order processing time and transit duration. In-stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins when your online order is submitted.

Depending on the time of your order placement, the order processing may commence on the following business day. However, orders that are completely processed before 11 AM EST will be shipped the same day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian federal & provincial holidays. During peak periods, you may experience longer than average order processing times.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, your tracking number will be available in your order details when you log into your account. Additionally, you will receive a notification via the email address associated with your account, providing you with updated tracking information.
