ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to process your order promptly, which may limit the availability of cancellations if your package has already been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy and follow the necessary steps for a return.
In some cases, orders flagged as potential fraudulent or not meeting our requirements for order completion may be canceled at any time, and the charge will be refunded to your original method of payment within 3 to 10 business days.

Case 3: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible. In this case, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the package in its original packaging. Once we receive the product, we will refund the cost of the product, while the shipping cost remains the customer’s responsibility.
Case 4: If the received product does not meet your expectations, you are covered by our 100% Satisfaction and 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply return the product in its original packaging, and upon receipt, we will refund the product cost. Please note that the two-way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, even if you initially received free shipping.

- International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- The customer is responsible for return postage. If you used our discounted return shipping label, the refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping cost. For orders shipped under a free shipping promotion, both the original shipping fee and return postage will be deducted from the final refund.
